“We stayed at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North from May 23–26, 2026. The hotel itself is beautiful, but several issues made the experience disappointing. Customer service at the front desk was very inconsistent. One employee was genuinely kind and helpful, but most others seemed uninterested or annoyed when helping guests. We called ahead multiple times to verify that we could purchase breakfast for one day even without the breakfast package, and we were told yes each time. But when we went...
