Hotel vicino a Alcatraz East Crime Museum - Pigeon Forge

“clean, relaxing”

“The rooms are great; however,”

“Absolutely loved our stay at Club Mill Lodge! It has tons of space and the most beautiful pool. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a restaurant but you are so close to town.”

“Not impressed with the breakfast otherwise good place to stay!”

“Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year.”

“The property and staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed the 24/7 indoor hot tub and pool area. The location was perfect.”

Which was at the end of the hotel with no view. What it appeared to be the problem was they did not like a 2nd party booking. The hotel was not half full. “We were passing through Pigeon Forge for one night and booked here last minute. It was wonderful! The place is very clean and well kept. We were even allowed to check in early so that our toddler could get a nap in. The included breakfast was a nice perk too. We will definitely be back!”

“Room looked nice but ac didn’t seem to work well at night the room would get warm and the ac would blow warm air at night. The breakfast was terrible considering you had to pay for it. 10 dollars per person for bacon as thin as paper, warm yogurt, and gravy that felt so watered down it was unbelievable. A free breakfast sure you can’t complain but paid I was floored that I even paid for one breakfast for me and my wife. Checked out a day early because the room felt tacky and hot at night. Over...

“5 ⭐️”

“The room we stayed in was clean and cozy, we liked the Jacuzzi and the complimentary breakfast.”
