“Newly renovated! I loved it. The overhead shower was a bonus. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. The staff was great!! We will stay again. It’s close to everything. The voucher for breakfast was a surprise. (Not to mention it was a familiar fav of ours)”

The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. “Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.”

“I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...
