“This was our second time staying at the Island. It is an extremely clean hotel with the nicest employees. They gave us free vouchers for drinks and a dessert at the restaurants after finding out it was my son’s birthday. The pool and hot tub are great and we were alone in it a few days so that was nice. I have a few complaints about the rooms. The floors make your feet black so that’s kind of yucky. The other complaint is just personal to me. We’ve had rooms overlooking the stores each time. The...

“I was very impressed by The Inn on the River. I stayed a couple of nights here while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The hotel is conveniently located, the facilities and rooms are very good and everything was immaculately clean, most importantly the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and it is nice to return to the real fire roaring in the lobby when you’re getting in late! I would happily stay here again and I would recommend it.”

“This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage. Only “complaint” would be the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you were in the bathroom while someone was sleeping the whole room was bright from the bathroom light. The room itself had blackout curtains though which was nice. ”
