“This is my family first time to this hotel and surely will stay again. Great people and hotel stay was amazing.”

“Breakfast was not too good. Indoor pool was cold the first day. We could not get in. It was reported and the second day it was good. The jets in the hottub were too strong at the top, so if you don't want to get your hair wet, better not turn them on.”

“Every room has a balcony that either looks out over the river or the shopping area. Room doors are well made so once closed, the noise does not bother you. We looked out over the shopping street and loved it. Usually noise keeps me awake but not here. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The pillows are too soft for my taste but are quality.”

“Clean. Looks like a fairly new property. Small kitchenette with ample coffee and tea in room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful”

“Beautiful property! The room was modern and very clean. The view of the mountains was spectacular and the overall location was great. You’re 5 minutes from The Island, and only 20 minutes from the Strip in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend.”

“From the time we enter the hotel the front desk was very helpful nice quick the rooms are very very clean my family enjoyed their stay and the best part of all was the 24-hour hot tub and pools that they had was very nice and clean staff help me with my internet problem I was having within minutes food was delicious we definitely will be staying here again”

“We stayed 5 nights at Mill Springs and enjoyed very much.It was very clean and included everything we needed It is beautiful inside and out.It has great parking including lots of handicapped spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several condos but Mill Springs is definetly the best. I can't think of anything that I would change about it. It is just a great place and we definetly will stay again.”
