“The property was really well located, checkin quite early, with no problem from there side. The room was really clean, bed was good, bathroom had everything and loved the shower. Tom was really helpful, informative, gave us a bit of history of the building, which was fascinating. Included Breakfast was simple, but very good, and you could have ordered from the kitchen at an extra cost. Will definitely recommend.”

“Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. “Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned.
