“Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Mallorca. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. All appliances worked properly and you wake up to birds singing. Really calm at night, no noises and very peaceful. Short drive to beautiful beaches. Parking spaces available inside and outside the property. ”

“In due famiglie abbiamo trascorso due settimane nella villa e apprezzato soprattutto la posizione vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di San Pere e l’ampia e confortevole veranda che abbiamo usato molto. Unico punto negativo da sottolineare è la stanza della taverna inutilizzabile per l’umidità e la puzza di muffa. Essendo in 9 persone, le due ragazzine hanno dovuto dormire sul divano in sala. Condizionatore presente solo nel salotto con macchinario sul balcone di una delle stanze al piano...

“Great place to stay. It is bigger than the photos suggest and has loads of space. The agents were helpful and sorted out an airport transfer much cheaper than a standard taxi. There’s no need for a Cara’s you can walk everywhere or take the buses which are cheap and regular. ”

Der Blick aufs Meer durch 3 große Fenster, zwei Terrassen (einmal wenn man Sonne möchte, einmal verschüttet) waren super. Und der private Pool wurde von den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. “Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in der Villa Isabel verbracht. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren leider nicht so schön bzw. wir hätten es gerne vorher gewusst. Das Leitungswasser im Haus ist Salzwasser. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kamin auf dem Foto ist nicht benutzbar. Leider fehlt ein großer Kochtopf sowie genügend Besteck. Und uns war aus der Beschreibung nicht klar, dass das Badezimmer ohne Abtrennung in den Schlafbereich integriert ist. Und der Meerblick von der Wanne sowie vom Bett ist leider auch...

“Das Haus ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin Joana ist sehr freundlich, immer bemüht und erreichbar. Die Lage ist exzellent. Bei einem langen Aufenthalt werden sogar die Handtücher und Bettwäsche getauscht. Für die kleineren Kinder ist ein Rausfallschutz an den Betten verfügbar. Das Zimmer für die Kinder ist total süß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Insgesamt steckt viel Liebe und Detail in der Einrichtung. ”

We felt so at home and the location is superb, just a short walk to thr Old Town and the Red Rum, which is our favourite place to eat in Alcudia. We would definitely stay here again, only wish it had more bedrooms and could hold 10 people, as it was so great, other family menbers want to stay next time. Thanks so much for this amazing holiday in such a beautiful villa 😍”

“Großzügige, gepflegte Unterkunft mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alcudia.Tagsüber Trubel aber ab ca. 23 Uhr tatsächlich völlige Ruhe. Im Haus ist es schön kühl, alle 3 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und sind über Fensterläden abzudunkeln. An den Esstischen im Küchenbereich und im Innenhof finden auch größere Gruppen Platz, Koch- und Essgeschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool ist nicht groß aber 1,60m tief, sauber und für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch absolut ausreichend....

"un'ottima struttura a pochi passi dal mare stupendo di Alcudia. La struttura è molto silenziosa, essendo adults only, non vi aspettate animazione, a parte qualche cantante la sera fino alle 23 massimo. Non abbiamo usufruito delle piscine, perchè con il mare stupendo che c'è, per noi non hanno utilità. Tutto il personale è eccezionale e gentilissimo. Alcuni piccoli accorgimenti renderebbero il soggiorno perfetto: letti leggermente più rigidi, una minore illuminazione dei corridoi nelle ore notturne: purtroppo entrava molta luce dalla porta e rendeva un po' difficile dormire. Sarebbe perfetta una luce più soft. Un maggiore vanity kit e delle ciabattine: abbiamo trovato un solo kit con cottonfioc e dischetti, non utilizzato. L'apertura della doccia era un po' scomoda e usciva acqua fuori. I dispenser dei saponi non erogano bene il detergente, molto scomodi da utilizzare, ma avevamo i nostri. Sarebbe stato utile anche un cestino dei rifiuti più grande in camera (un solo piccolo cestino in bagno. Nonostante sia bello da vedere, il bagno con la parete di vetro non è pratico: la notte ci costringeva ad andare in bagno senza accendere la luce per non svegliare l'altro nel letto, poichè si illuminava tutta la stanza. A parte queste piccole cose, siamo stati benissimo e anche il cibo era ottimo: piatti belli da vedere, particolari e buoni, con vasta scelta. Grazie per averci accolti come nostri ospiti, è stata una bella vacanza!"

"La struttura è carina ma alcuni aspetti non ci sono piaciuti. Innanzitutto è molto rumorosa, ci sono rumori ad ogni ora, gente che corre, che sposta mobili etc. Alla reception, pur essendo gentili non sanno aiutare con banali informazioni, come spiagge etc. Un giorno abbiamo trovato la porta della nostra stanza aperta, probabilmente non chiusa bene dalle pulizie. . Insomma.. Basterebbe poco per migliorare la qualità. "
