“The villa is situated in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to Pollenca which has a lot to offer, parking for cars, and a rural area. “The finca delivered exactly what was promised in the description. Everything was very clean and well-equipped. Especially convenient: there were plenty of towels, and we could easily wash them using the washing machine.What mattered most to me was the dishwasher, which we used regularly – especially since we often enjoyed dinner at the lovely barbecue grill in the evenings. “Abbiamo affittato la casa in dieci ragazzi di 18/19 anni e vista la giovane età abbiamo concordato un aumento della cauzione, che ci è poi stata restituita. La villa è molto spaziosa e ordinata e contiene tutto il necessario per vivere; è vicinissima alla spiaggia (non una delle più belle dell’isola anche a causa di una mareggiata) e ad un supermarket. Inoltre è perfettamente collegata con gli autobus che passano abbastanza frequentemente. Serafin, il proprietario, è gentile e disponibile.”
