    Casa impressionante completamente attrezzata per vacanze in famiglia o con amici con tutti i comfort, vicino alla spiaggia di Alcudia e al lungomare di Porto di Alcudia.

    La grande casa è distribuita su due piani. Camere attrezzate per un comodo riposo con aria condizionata. Al piano terra troverete due camere, un bagno e un soggiorno, al primo piano si trovano le altre camere, una di esse con bagno in suite. Sullo stesso piano troverete un altro bagno, l'ampio soggiorno-sala da pranzo e la cucina attrezzata per godere dei momenti culinari. Goditi le colazioni all'aperto sulla terrazza al primo piano accanto alla cucina.



    La zona esterna ti piacerà grazie alla sua grande piscina di acqua salata di 8m x 4m circondata da lettini dove abbronzarsi sotto il sole di Maiorca. La terrazza è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi mentre ti godi un barbecue la sera. Il giardino ha anche un'altalena, ideale per godersi un buon libro o semplicemente per rilassarsi e godere dell'ambiente tranquillo. E se hai bambini, la terrazza recintata è un'ottima opzione perché possano giocare senza preoccupazioni.



    Oltre a essere un luogo bellissimo, la Casa Amapola si trova in una residenza tranquilla a Puerto de Alcudia. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Porto di Alcudia, dove puoi gustare una grande varietà di ristoranti, negozi e attività acquatiche. A pochi metri da una delle migliori spiagge di Maiorca, la spiaggia di Alcudia, nota per avere più di 13 km di sabbia bianca e acque cristalline.

Fantastic villa, really recommend. Great location for the beach, and all the restaurants and near by bus stop to go to the old town. The villa had everything we could want, good AC, great pool, lots of shade when needed. Quiet location but really handy to walk to the town, shops and beach. All round great place

Villa was clean with all facilities as advertised. Pool itself was nice however the pool area was tired and could do with some updating. Sunbed cushions were old and worn. Location ideal with a 5 minute walk to Alcudia beach and resort with good selection of bars and resraurants. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Family Holiday

Really nice villa and a great location. Some minor cleanliness issues and items in a state of disrepair (drain cover in pool and toilet roll holder) but nothing that detracted from the quality of our stay. Villa was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool and outside areas are superb and it’s a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, beach and huge array of restaurants. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Villa in a perfect location

Around 10/15 minute walk from the port and restaurants, easy to access via lock box and had everything described. The only suggestion we can make was one of the beds upstairs was a little uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded and it would be good if there was enough bin bags/dishwasher tablets to last the week, minor points so we would definitely recommend!

Our second stay at this beautiful house

This was our second stay here, and we had a great time. The property is lovely and well equipped. The garden and pool are a really nice environment to hang out in. It's a short walk to the marina and beach, where there's lots of activity, good restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. It's only half an hour's walk to old Alcudia, a beautiful walled city with old stone buildings and small winding streets. And it's very close to the mountains, with great hiking trails.

Ideal property mallorca were amazing. They responded to emails promptly and provided additional time to pay our final balance due to insecurity with travel and Covid 19. They transported us to the villa and were really helpful. The villa is great. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the harbour. Pool area was lovely and the pool was warm We had a fantastic holiday thank you

Lovely villa, great location. 5 minute walk to the waterfront and a huge choice of nearby restaurants. Villa was clean and spacious with great facilities and a lovely pool. Very minor issues, one of the toilet roll holders fell off and was loose when replaced and the drain cover at the bottom of the pool was broken. Some minor dirt in the corners of the bathroom but otherwise brilliant. Would come again.

Standort, Pool, Badezimmer. Die Matratzen waren veraltet und eher unbequem, diese könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen. Die Fenster im Erdgeschoss vibrierten bei gewissen Aussengeräuschen.

Brilliant stay

We were a family of 9 the villa was very clean and tidy its an ideal size for large parties. We did have a small issue but this was quickly sorted within a couple of hours. The pool was a great size and a great hit with us all. We're already talking about our next trip. You are only a 5 minute walk to Alcudia centre were you will find plenty of places.to eat and drink. Thank you.

Nice Villa with a great location

Nice villa, perfect for the group of friends to stay over the new year. A few minor things need sorting and they are very basic things, such as forks that are cake forks not proper ones. No real cleaning products, such as dish clothes and things to dry pots. Location is perfect for walking into Alcudia port with lots of parking on the street outside the property.

great family holiday

The property was in an ideal location for 2 families with older teenage children. We could walk to the port and the beach. We ate out at local restaurants and also made use of the outdoor BBQ when dining at home. The kitchen was on the first floor so it kept us fit carrying plates, cutlery and food up and down the stairs to the dining area by the pool in the evenings. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of shades you could put up over the sunbeds when it got very hot. We enjoyed being able to go out for morning walks, runs and bike rides from the villa.

Lovely time at Villa Amapola

We really enjoyed our stay here - it's the perfect place if you're looking for a peaceful spot not far from the Port and beach of Alcudia. We really loved the pool and outdoor spaces and the outside kitchen is a dream! We had a rocky start with a fridge that didn't work and so defrosted our food shopping on the 2nd day, but an engineer and replacement fridge were sent to us fairly efficiently to resolve the problem (along with a problem we experienced when using showers - either freezing cold or scorching hot). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we were a party of 9 and had plenty of space! The beds could potentially do with an upgrade but were good enough. We thought we might have had a visit from a house cleaner/pool cleaner during the week, but no one came. Don't expect spotless and gleaming here, it's obviously summer season but a little more attention to detail on cleaning would've been fab - the floors in particular needed some attention (we noticed this from day 1). There are plenty of supplies but things like tea towels for the kitchen etc are missing so they could do with finessing these little touches. Overall, fab villa in a faultless location and a definite recommendation from us!
