    L'alloggio Goya si trova nella Baia di Pollença, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia! Potrai nuotare, prendere il sole o fare kite-surf.



    Dispone di un'ampia zona esterna con barbecue, doccia e piscina di cloro da 8mx4m. Inoltre, potrai rilassarti in una delle sue comode amache mentre ti godi un drink nella zona della piscina. La zona esterna offre eccellenti viste, sulla terrazza coperta, arredata, si possono godere viste panoramiche, nonché gustare un delizioso barbecue all'aperto.



    La casa con arredamento in stile maiorchino, è molto accogliente e si sviluppa su due piani. Il soggiorno-sala da pranzo dispone di un divano, WIFI, TV via satellite e una cucina integrata con elettrodomestici e utensili necessari per il soggiorno.

    L'alloggio è dotato di aria condizionata. Una scala a chiocciola conduce alla galleria aperta verso il soggiorno dove si trova un letto matrimoniale con armadio da un lato e 2 letti singoli con armadio dall'altro lato. Al piano principale si trova il bagno con doccia.

Casa bellissima, fresca e molto pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio. La parte esterna piena di alberi, aromi, barbecue ben pulito. La piscina é perfetta e molto piacevole. Il proprietario di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile. Sicuramente da consigliare e da tornarci!

Die Finka war super gelegen und hatte einen sch&oumlnen Garten mit Zitronen- und Olivenb&aumlumen und einem grossen Pool. Die Unterkunft ist im Allgemeinen sehr sch&oumln und ruhig. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

The villa was beautiful and exactly as described

Check in and out was so easy. We hired a car to explore the island and we were glad of this as the villa is slightly remote, although only a 25min walk from the nearest town. We will definitely be back!

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt

Ein schöne kleine Finca in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von Alcudia. Zu Fuß ist die Altstadt in ca. 25-30min zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Der Eigentümer hat uns sogar Gebäck vorbeigebracht 🥰 Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit absoluter Weiterempfehlung!

Great place to stay and the house was lovely - especially the outside area

What a great place to stay. Away from the busy areas of Alcudia, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and beaches nearby. The outside are is fantastic with lovely covered area for eating outsiderelaxing, great pool and BBQ area. We had seen some reviews complaining about noise from Children and dogs in nearby houses - but our stay was very peaceful. We would absolutely recommend it oh and croissants on the first day and some fruit and veg during the week left by the owner were a lovely touch and much appreciated

Very relaxing, a real little hide out.

Big terrace and great pool. The owner was very welcoming even gave us fresh eggs and self made marmalade! The shower would require some attention. The water was switching between very hotcold.

Alles in allem 3 Wochen top Urlaub. Top Lage, traumhaft schön. Einzige zwei Mankos: Dusche gehört dringend repariert, mal heiß, mal eisig. Eine kleine Basisausstattung in der Küche wäre nett gewesen. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Öl… Die nächsten Gäste werden sich freuen, haben einiges gekauft-)

Einfach alles: - das ideal property team, immer da, erfüllen auch mal Sonderwünsche, gute Tipps für die Umgebung - die Finca, ein kleines Paradies mit einem liebenswerten landlord - die Lage, einfach ideal für Marktbesuche, Radtouren, zum Wandern und Verweilen und mit allem ausgestattet: Pool, BBQ, Gasherd, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine - ja, auch das Wetter spielte mit -) - macht weiter so!!!!

Good for a couple but with some negative elements

Nice and spacy Finca with everything you need. Neighbourhood unfortunately is a little bit noisy and the people around burning their garden garbage sometime created some smell. The shower could also be a little bit bigger. However the terrace, garden and pool area is really great!

superbe maison dans un endroit très calme

Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique, ils nous a déposé des croissants et une spécialité locale le premier jour. Ils nous a également permis de nous servir de citrons sur le citronnier présent dans la propriété et nous a même donner des œufs frais de son poulailler, un vrais régal 😋. Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits. Je recommande cependant aux voyageurs de louer une voiture pour que le séjour soit vraiment parfait, car la maison se trouve un peu loin du centre d’Alcudia à pieds ce qui est également son point fort vous y serez dans le calme.

Ideal location for our stay!

We loved the privacy of having our own place and pool. It has most of the essentials and we were overall satisfied. Some improvements could be made the beds were not very comfortable, we found that we ran out of toilet paper so we had to replenish ourselves and buy a box of tissues. The kitchen could use some salt and pepper and a cooking oil - would have been handy. The owner was very kind and brought us baking our first morning. He also left us fresh eggs and vegetables from his beautiful garden. It was so sweet and thoughtful!

Ruhiger Urlaub am Rande von Alcudia

Die Ungestörtheit, in diesem schönen Haus, mit dem schönen Pool. Die Freundlichkeit von Bernard mit den leckeren Croissants. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Haus müsste einmal grundlegend gewartet werden, zum Beispiel, die Glühbirnen auswechseln. Die Dusche ist nicht hundertprozentig in Ordnung. Die Filter Kaffeemaschine ist eine Katastrophe. Im Grill fehlt ein Einsatz, dann könnte man ihn auch benutzen.

We have, unfortunately, just come home from our holiday in Alcudia.We had a car and I do think you would need one to get around. we also downloaded an app for taxi's which was cheap and fast.Not Uber, It was very expensive. Ben was there most days, he is super friendly and his garden is very impressive. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, we absolutely loved it. the only downside was the shower, which runs very hot then cold. it's a pity but we managed it by jumping in and out. And if you want privacy, this is not the place. they're neighbors on either side. Again, not a big issue but good to know.

Grandios!!

Absolut tolles Haus mit grandiosem Außenbereich. Der Pool und der Grill waren ein echtes Highlight. Die Betten waren recht gemütlich und auch wenn wir es nicht brauchten, war es toll, dass es normale Bettdecken gab. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und man findet alles was man zum kochen benötigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren 10 Tag dort und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Warmes Wasser in der Dusche wäre schön gewesen :) Außerdem wäre eine Grundausstattung, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, ein paar Kaffeekapseln und eine Flasche Wasser wünschenswert. Wir würden empfehlen, dass man in die Beschreibung mit aufnimmt, dass man sich in direkter Nachbarschaft befindet da die Nachbarn doch sehr interessiert an ihren neuen Nachbarn waren.

Amazing outdoor area

The outdoor area of this property is amazing. The pool is very well kept and there are plenty of different areas to sit/lay down whether you want to be in the sunshade. The outdoor area is also very well kept and clean. The owner is lovely and he also brought us croissants on our first day. He gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes, pimentos, etc. from his vegetable garden which is behind the pool area. It’s a traditional Spanish little finca where time has stood still a little but it has all the amenities and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The bed however is very uncomfortable (needs an upgrade) causing some nights with very little sleep. The bathroom is small and the temperature from the shower is very difficult to control (either boiling hotice cold). Overall, our stay was very good, it just needs a little upgrading/updating.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und sehr gut gelegen

Man ist etwas ausserhalb von der Stadt, was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Terasse ist sehr schön und man kann gut einige Tage dort verbringen.

Wundervolle Finca in perfekter Lage

Wunderschöne Finca mit Liebe zum Detail, der Garten mit großem schweren Esstisch, einer kleinen Lounge Ecke, tollem gepflegten Pool, einem handgeknüpften traumhaften Vorhang, Olivenbäume, Feigen und Limetten Bäumen. Im Haus eine tolle offene Küche, komplett ausgestattet und alles modern und sauber. Geschlafen wird im oberen Bereich auf der offenen Galerie, die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und uns angenehme Nächte verschafft. Bernat ( der Hauseigentümer) überraschte uns nach der ersten Nacht mit frischem Brot, sein angrenzender Garten wird täglich von ihm gepflegt, so kam es das wir von ihm frische Eier, Tomaten und Feigen bekamen. Wir hatten am ersten Tag ein kleines Problem mit der Waschmaschine, so lernten wir auch seine Frau, Xisca kennen, beide so lieb und sympathisch. Das Haus liegt zwischen den Orten Pollenca und Alcúdia. Mit dem Auto jeweils in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt am Haus ist ein Strandabschnitt der sehr windig ist und die Kitesurfer anzieht. Ein Dankeschön auch an die Agentur, jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und sie hat bei dem Problem mit der Waschmaschine sofort geholfen, Techniker kam und alles lief perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, in einem für uns perfekten wunderschönen sauberen Haus. Die angrenzenden Nachbarn haben wir kaum bemerkt. Alles war super

Schönes Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich und einem wunderbaren Eigentümer, der täglich in seinem Garten hinter dem Haus die Hühner gefüttert und Gemüse geerntet hat. Regelmäßig standen Eier und Gemüse auf der Veranda . Ruhige Umgebung, Blick in die Berge, einfach wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
