“Very nice updated farmhouse - clean and comfortable.”

“Amazing stay in a great location! Everything about our stay was wonderful. My husband especially loved the massage chair, it was definitely the highlight of our Buffalo trip! Everyone enjoyed the incredibly comfortable beds, soft and absorbent towels, and relaxing hot tub.Keith was a fantastic host and was wonderful and prompt with his communication. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Buffalo area, and I would personally...

“No concerns. Everything as stated. ”

“I brought my youth group to Darien Lake for Kingdom Bound - the house was perfect for the girls to sleep upstairs with a chaperone and the boys to sleep downstairs with chaperones! The house has all the amenities you could ask for! The hosts were super communicative. I can't really think of anything to complain about! Everyone had a great time - actually, they didn't even want to leave the house because they were having so much fun hanging out there (they chose that option over going to do...

“Great themed house for Buffalo sports fans. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Updated kitchen and master suite were nice. Friendly hosts!”

“The house was located in a quiet older neighborhood. Perfect location for exploring around Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The fenced in yard is perfect for pets. There are ample sleeping places for family/friends. Each bedroom has a big-screen TV and either a floor fan, ceiling fan, or a/c. The house has clearly been updated recently. The bathrooms are nice and clean, the kitchen was also nicely done, and there is new flooring throughout the entire house. There are plenty of...

“Great place”

“We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units.”

“When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. ”

“I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

“All Good”

“Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location”

“We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!”

“Home was very clean, welcoming and well decorated. Loved the later fenced in back yard. Check in and check out process was very simple. Kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you need. I really enjoyed our stay at this home .”

“Small unit behind the main house. The two steps at entry were quite high. A challenge for senior citizens. Also a step down to two main bedrooms and a step down to tv room. Bedrooms on one side of the house were too warm and on the other side were in sync with A/C. Location was very convenient. But also close to less than desirable neighborhoods. We had everything we needed and host checked in to make sure we did. Would we stay there again? Probably not.”

“Walking distance to stadiun”

“I’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting family. Always a pleasant and comfortable stay. The shower felt amazing”
