“First room had no ac but staff handled a change quite quickly. The whole hotel and restaurant was completely overwhelmed - not sure if it was due to the full house or a lack of staff but they all kept a smiling face and tried to help everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would recommend but perhaps not in a busy weekend. Parking and drop off was a major problem”

“There's no AC, one small fan inside the room Temp upper 90's..was assigned a room on 3rd floor- no elevator, stated " fully booked " though we were the first 3 guess to check in.,found a spider on the tub! Did not sleep/rest, checked out as soon as the sun rise !!! There's supposed to have breakfast, did not see or told where, found time in the room...starts at 7 am( cannot wait to get out ans wait. Been traveling for years, first time to have this experience/nightmare!!!”

“Room was clean. The room had working air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend this Southampton hotel. Location was adequate with goid access to the train station and a lengthy (30 minutes) walk to the old town center. For the American travelers, the hotel does not provide wash cloths with the towels. Odd. Nonetheless, a very nice hotel.”
