“I stayed one night prior to my flight back to the USA. My stay exceeded my expectations. It is a motel (which I prefer to a hotel) with parking in front of the room. The property has multiple access points with minimal security. It is also on the corner of two busy roads, but I felt safe. “We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)”

“Great location and room. Unfortunately I could not access the spa and wellness centre and was informed on arrival that the pool was not in service if I had known I would have booked elsewhere. They charged my card a $1 fee and I am yet to receive it back, most staff were friendly apart from one who informed I was in the wrong car space. I went to look several times and and found that the space I had been parked in was not occupied. They may want to become compliant before having any guests stay...

“Staff were wonderful! Pub is great! Room is clean and livable, but for the life of me i cannot figure out where the mosquitos are getting in. All widows were closed, and we had 30+ mosquitos in our room (and some cute baby geckos). While i understand its queensland and these things happen, they just keep coming! We had room 3. Besides the mossies and the baby gecko guests we had a great stay. ”
