“They keep your room secure once it booked, I was to busy around the city and I make the check in late, they attend me pretty well. In contrast, others reject if you don’t do the check in on time.”

“The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest.”

“They were under construction so things were not fully functional. Other than that the stay was alright.”

“Liked the location. Close to everything I wanted to do. Shopping and restaurant options were within walking distance. Price was very reasonable.”

“I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous. The temperature of the room was adjustable. A grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops were within easy walking distance. The staff gave me a firm pillow, after I mentioned that the ones on the bed were too squishy.”

“Housekeeping did not make up my bed on the second day although I was out of the room until dinner time.”

“The entire hotel and grounds were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Lastly, but certainly not the least, the breakfast is the best breakfast, they don't skimp. I can't wait to stay at Holiday Inn Express again.”

“You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. ”
