“It is a very traditional Swiss hotel. Located very close to the lift (10 minutes) walk. Breakfast was very tasteful and the free car park located 2 minutes away. Very nice staff, clean rooms equipped with the kettle. ”

“Alles ok, sehr freundliches Personal! schade waren die Fenster voll Schimmel im Bad und in den Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, aber es ist leider nur am Anfang alles vorhanden und gewisse Sachen werden nicht nachgefüllt. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert ”

“la reception non è stata competente per check out , ha richiesto il pagamento al cliente quando la camera era già stata pagata da agenzia, che è dovuta intervenire almeno 3 volte. Mi domando se fosse stata domenica e l'agenzia fosse stata chiusa come poteva risolversi il problema del pagamento, il cliente avrebbe dovuto fare un doppio pagamento? Queste situazioni sono alquanto sgradevoli !”

There an exclusive ski cabin very close to the slopes that it's useful to leave all the equipment.

“Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole; personale squisitamente cortese e disponibile; struttura di recente ristrutturazione, camere confortevoli e ben pulite; ampia scelta per la prima colazione e cibo di ottima qualità; per chi ama sciare, posizione un poco lontana dagli impianti (si trova all'inizio del paese) ma i servizi navetta dell'hotel sono davvero comodi soprattutto il deposito sci praticamente adiacente agli impianti di risalita.”

“This was a pleasant surprise for us. The room was spacious and nicely renovated. The house is pretty full with flowers. The breakfast was served to us formally. All in all it was a great experience. We enjoyed it very much.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the...
