“We were very happy when I contacted the hotel. They were willing to pick us up at the train station. Our room and view were amazing and the breakfast as well as the dinner at the hotel was quite delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well would definitely stay there again.”

“ottima posizione a 20 mt dalle due principali funivie , camera nuova , piccola ma carica con balcone verso la parete Nord dell'Eiger ! Per una notte ok per più tempo sopratutto in inverno forse si sente la mancanza di un armadio capiente ( solo alcuni cubi aperti sul muro ) . un pò spartana la colazione anche se quello che offrono era di buona qualità . ”

They spent 5-10 minutes going over all the hiking opportunities in the area, etc. with me (and with all new others who checked in). The single room is a little tight, but that's expected in Europe. The proper was very clean, in good repair, and the bed was comfy. Very enjoyable stay.”

“Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable.
