“I’ll start with the nickname we gave this place “ the Blackfoot motel” . Literally the floors were so nasty . Walking around with white socks and they turned black after just a few minutes . We saw several bugs . They were wondering if we paid rent they felt that much at home . The older guy working the front desk was awesome . The young girl with braces working the front desk was absolutely useless . We left a day early due to the pure filth . I asked if I could get a refund since we are...

“The front desk personnel were super sweet and always helpful. We enjoyed their time and support. The breakfast was great...lots of choices. The pool was nice, but a little heavy on chlorine. Our rooms were super nice and very clean! Thank you! ~ Cendrowski Family”

“Quality Inn has a policy in McDonough of charging a refundable damage deposit at the time of check-in. This is inconvenient, unneccsary, and insulting. I have travelled quite a bit, but this is unusual. I will not stay at this locarion again. The damage deposit policy probably costs the owner more in lost business than he will ever recover. It is also inconvenient and insulting to have to wait until the room is inspected after check-out to receive my deposit.”

“This property was absolutely beautiful and the rooms are top notch however when we arrived it was late and we were super tired. As we entered the room it smelled like garbage.. after unloading and putting our pre teens to bed i did some investigating and sure enough under tge sink there was two medium sized bags of garbage. One of them containing 5 to 10 dirty diapers and it was right then we k ew that terrible smell was indeed just that. I spoke to the front desk and he offered to move us but...
