"I never come back in that place anynore. The staff is very rude and not welcoming at all. At 9,30 pm, upon my arrival the receptionist told me that i couldn't have stayed at the hotel because my credit cards for the deposit has been declined. The room has been paid in advance but she didn't care, it was against the rules! I was traveling with my son 12 years old. It was terrible and scary. In the end, after insisting a lot she finally gave me a room. I was so happy and relief to go at the airport early in the morning the following day. Iwill never stay at Hilton, any of them, in the future."

"Rooms are fine but not well soundproofed, which is a problem considering how close to the airport this hotel is. The building is quite old, overall. Breakfast options and breakfast room are very basic (e.g. no coffee).
The free shuttle service from/to the airport is a great plus, though.
