“I feel this particular property has declined a bit. We stayed 3 nights. Room was never cleaned. We put towels in hallway as directed - they were not replaced. Had no towels at all, try calling front desk they don’t answer. Had to go there at 10pm after a long day to ask for some. The lighting in the room and bathrooms are entirely too dim. Breakfast is not how I remembered it in the past, but there are just sooo many people with all the school trips I guess they do their best. I just feel that...
