Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer präsentiert, dass nicht der Beschreibung (Grösse) bei Buchung entsprach. Es wurden nach unserer Ablehnung zwei weitere Zimmer angeboten, allerdings mit weiteten Kosten. Wir waren mangels Alternativen einverstanden. Nach online- Beschreibung des Sachverhalts zum Checkin hat Expedia bei der Hotelleitung unsere Reklamation weitergeleitet und erreicht, dass das Zimmer, mit welchem wir dann zufrieden waren, ohne Upgraderechnung berechnet wurde. Die Hotelleitung hat sich sehr kooperativ gezeigt und alles getan, uns zufriedenzustellen. Die Zimmer sind dank Schallisolierung ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig. Die Lage in einem verkehrsberuhigten Gebiet bedingt allerdings auch, das Kofferschleppen erforderlich ist. Das Hotel bietet im per Mail übersandten Flyer allerdings eine Wegbeschreibung und Hilfe beim Gepäck an. Der dort genannte Parkplatz ist kostenfrei, aber nicht befestigt und teilweise eine Buckelpiste. Für die Anreise abends empfehle ich die entspanntere Variante mit kostenpflichtigem Parkplatz am Ufer mit Einwurf bis nächstem Morgen, sofern die 3h ab 9h ausreichen.

Todo maravillo. Solo mejoraría la iluminación de la habitación y el baño. Las lámparas colgadas del techo estan muy bajas, te golpeas y la luz molesta en la cara. Pondría alguna luz indirecta y en concreto falta otra luz en el baño que no sean las luces led del techo.

A fancy scam. Unfortunately and disappointingly we had to cancel our reservation after the first night. Despite booking a superior room we were given a standard room which is in another building rather than the one advertised. The hotel doesn’t mention anywhere that there are two buildings. Management and staff tried to lie that our assigned room was a "superior" room - very rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel.

There is no better location that the Pousada. It is right in the main square, a close walk to all restaurants, and the pools and breakfast made our stay excellent. The staff was helpful and very nice. I will stay here again on my next visit to this area.

Trendi decor, clean and fresh and good location. Staff was friendly and the room was nice but I found the bed a bit too hard (but that is very personal). Breakfast could be better in my opinion, not so much variety of breads, neither cheeses or yogurts and the hot food that had to be ordered came cold to the table.

The staff was amazing! The hotel is super cute, and the whole stay was fantastic. The food and drink were also a highlight, with the morning breakfasts hitting the spot. Oh yeah, and the location couldn’t be any better!
