“L'hotel è situato in una piccola baia sul mare, che è limpidissimo e quindi la vista è splendida. la spiaggia è un po' scomoda, ma per rilassarsi ci sono i lettini intorno alla piscina, bella e pulitissima e comodi spazi all'aperto. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Meglio, se possibile, scegliere una delle camere vicine alla piscina, più grandi e comode.”

“This was an amazing start to our holiday and our first time in Mani. The village of Limeni is picture postcard perfect with an azure sea. The hotel is an old converted castle with a lovely balcony area where they serve their great included a la carte breakfast in the morning and a nice chill out spot in the evening to watch the sun set. Below there is a sun terrace with allocated sunbeds and private stairs down to the sea. They also provide beach towels and some snorkelling gear.

“Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura, con camere e suite disposte in casette come un piccolo villaggio con vista mare meravigliosa. Le strutture sono state fatte con ottimi materiali, insonorizzazione con silenzio assoluto, ottimi materassi, bagni spaziosi senza bidè e comunque con sanitari di ottimo livello. La pecca direi unica ma grave è il servizio, dove le colazioni vengono servite "lentissimamente", infatti una sola cameriera è inefficace e ci vuole più di un'ora per finire la colazione...

“Ci si trova nella vera campagna greca a 2 passi dal mare. Sembra di trovarsi in un boutique hotel della Toscana e il mare, bellissimo, sembra. la Sicilia di mezzo secolo fa. Ancora intatto e senza la cementificazione delle coste. Poi il personale della reception è stato di rara gentilezza. Ha con pazienza ed entusiasmo risposto ad ogni nostra domanda. La camera poi è stata una vera sorpresa per lo spazio e la location. Gli accappatoi e le pantofole a disposizione rendono il soggiorno superiore...

La posizione è particolare, in mezzo ad un uliveto piuttosto esteso. Nonostante questo, a pochi minuti di auto vi sono delle ottime taverne, aperte fino a mezzanotte anche se si tratta di paesini molto piccoli. Del resto, siamo in Grecia e la possibilità di cenare fino a tardi è garantita quasi ovunque!

“Terrible experience: shower is tiny and water floods everywhere. Two dead bugs in it. Pillows are small and extremely thick, as the mattresses are. It was impossible to sleep properly. AC working very badly: noisy and leaking water on our heads while trying to catch sleep. We left after one day, despite 5 night booking. Not nice losing the money, but we didn’t want to have our vacation ruined. Expedia agent was very kind and efficient to help us, we can’t say the same with the property owner....

"Il personale, così come è stato piacevole e professionale alla reception, al contrario si è rivelato inappropriato nel momento del bisogno, quando, durante la cena ha iniziato a piovere, loro hanno abbandonato tutti i clienti sotto l'acqua senza dare opportunità di ricovero, con i cibi e le bevande che si sono annacquati.
La cena poi è stata una delusione.
Una sola insalata per 2 persone, un piatto per uno a scelta tra due sole opzioni ed un dessert per ognuno di noi senza scelta, una palla di gelato.
Al termine l'unica loro preoccupazione è stata quella di chiedere il pagamento degli extra, le bevande. Magari "omaggiarli", non per il valore, che nel nostro caso era di poco più di 4 euro, ma per la forma, poteva essere un modo per scusarsi per l'incapacità di gestire l'accaduto.
Gran bel posto che però per questi disservizi è passato in secondo piano.
Sconsiglio la cena e suggerisco di controllare il meteo prima di andarci.

"Been here for 4 nights, you can see that it was renovated not long ago but I do hope that they will invest and improve what is missing to fill the gap it comes out when you look at price versus quality/service in relation to a 4* structure with that price in pick season. Breakfast was really nice the first day but after that kept changing, which is fine but it would have been better to have the possibility to choose fried eggs over scrumbled for example but “choice” was not offered so we didn’t ask too. Room a bit small but with all the necessary, toilet with a small tube that would be nice becomes a shower with the next renovation, some days you could spot some marks on the towels and one day we lost a slat of the bed and we left it there thinking that they would know better how to install it back but instead it was left under the bed so we had to install it back ourself. Very nice the guy at the check in and the check out, helpful when it was needed specially during check out. The position is very good because you are outside the town, parking is very easy. "
