“Buon hotel ben collegato con i trasporti pubblici. La pulizia della camera non era delle migliori e quotidianamente veniva eseguita dopo le 4 pm”

“Lots of poolside chairs but we were there in low season. Paid for upgraded room and deeply regret. Even requested a quiet room and was blown away by music in their luau pavilion. Hotel makes money hosting concerts but doesn’t consider noise pollution and lack of parking for their paying hotel guests. ”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Overall it was a good experience the downside was the resort is under renovation so some of the amenities were unavailable ”

“The ground floor unit was lovely! It was as described, kitchen had everything you needed, appliances were newer, clean throughout. Bed was a king size and comfortable. We didn’t have a view of the ocean, but wasn’t a far walk to sit and enjoy the fabulous view this complex had. Pool was nice. The landscaping was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend! ”
