“We appreciated the staff during our stay—they were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the property itself was not what we expected based on the photos. The hotel appears quite dated and in need of significant maintenance. There was a strong sewage odor near the pool area during our stay, which made spending time there unpleasant. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow".
