As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a brand new, open concept chefs kitchen equipped with everything you need. A French press (beans ready to grind), professional blender, cast iron pans, pots, tools, butcher blocks, ice, a tea station, spices, oils, etc all patiently wait for you to bring them to life. The bar and dining table provide a welcoming space to gather, eat, drink and be merry. There is a half bath downstairs as you walk in. The living room is super cozy with a big couch that can sleep 2, Swedish fireplace (gas, no wood required), and an Apple TV with all the apps for movies, shows and music. Out the giant slider is the lush outdoor living space along the bubbling creek where you can watch ducks and turtles play as you sip your morning coffee or evening drink, out there you also have a private laundry room that you can use anytime. Upstairs awaits a "cloud-like" king bed in a rustic, warm loft vibe. Here you have an office/reading nook looking out to the creek, a closet and a big vanity. In the master bathroom you feel like you have entered a luxurious spa as you draw a hot eucalyptus bath and light candles -because you deserve it! Air conditioning controls the homes temperature, just set the thermostat and you are good to go. The heated community pool and jacuzzi are steps away and it is typical for it to be empty.
