“We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

“Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. ”

“The staff was amazing. They helped me figure out a game plan to get hot water to my room so I could make lemon water and the bar staff was so friendly. Even the valets were friendly and accommodating. The room was very cool and they even did turndown service while I was out and about. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and overall I enjoyed staying here”

“This hotel was beautiful, unique, clean, cozy and the views were incredible. I also loved the digital system for the valet bc I could tip each valet at the end of my stay and summon the car from my phone in the comfort of my room. The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating! I also loved the digital check out process.”

“The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable.”

“Camera sporca, materasso scomodo e vecchio, rumori dalle altre camere per via della non insonorizzazione. Ascensori bloccati. Parking solo con car valet a 69 dollari… Personale gentile ma l’hotel non vale veramente il prezzo. Deludente…”

“You guys ruined my birthday weekend!! My initial reservation was canceled the day of arrival and was told by your representative that my replacement was equal to or upgrade and it was NOT!! When I asked if you all could find me another hotel, I was told that you could not accommodate me. So, I canceled that reservation and stayed at a Marriott which costed me another $900+ on top of what I already paid you!! I will never use this service again and will be sure to advise others to do the same....
