“Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. ”

“Had an excellent stay; missed only a table/chair for Internet use in the room (WiFi worked well). Everything was comfortable, in good condition, and the location was quiite convenient for the family wedding at The Mill.”

“This is one of the older Residence Inns, the room had old furniture, very dramb walls, no photos; the toilet bowl color was fading; the kitchen had old appliances; no ice containers; The heating/cooling system (HVAC) was not working correctly. The front desk sent the engineer to check the system. His response, the system was not working correctly because the return air duct for that room was too small for the unit and it would take hours to warm the room. He placed the thermostat on 75 degrees...
