“Issues with filter system in the heater brought to their attention - nothing was done no discount - just thanks for bringing to our attention - we will be travelling down more for medical and need to stay there but won’t if something doesn’t change or if someone doesn’t contact us ”

“Loud fights in the hall until 3 am. Loud footsteps running in hall all night. Bathtub slippery and sink stopper broken. In all my world travels I’ve never had such a terrible night’s sleep! I’ll never stay in a Super 8 again! Should have been offered at least a partial rebate.”

“Property is quite warn, seemingly long overdue for a face lift. Ie: laminate was peeling off the doors. Priced well over its value. Confusing layout makes it difficult to get around; would not be very friendly if you have accessibility issues. ”

“Rooms are a bit dated but clean, staff are friendly and amenities are up to par. It’s a place we return to often for our sports team events. Affordable for a group like this and the kids always have fun in the hot tub and pool. ”
