“Shuttle was fine. Rooms not well insulated for noise, and hallways were noisy. Hallway got really noisy after lobby bar closed.”

“Nice clean property, breakfast was good. Not the hotels fault but, they were kids running in the hallway early Sunday morning waking up the guest. There should be rules in place for this kind of behavior. Parents sometimes allow their kids to run free and disturb other guests.”

“Worst hotel I have ever been to ”

“Only stayed one night however the staff was very professional, courtesy and helpful. The room & facility was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. Ample parking and I was towing a trailer which can be an issue in some hotel parking lots.”

“Room was clean like bed, bathroom, etc. But dead roaches found. No live ones. For the price it was somewhat on par. I've rated it accordingly. Front desk staff was friendly. Easy check in. Very sub par condition room. Very rough looking...again, for the price, it's about what you'd expect for a cheap room that isn't dirty.”

“My stay was horrible they tried to charge me $275 for a broken lamp that was already broken! Additional $50 for bedding because of red dye that was out of my control. I called the facility the manager was disrespectful hung up on me multiple times. I wouldn’t go back even if I wanted to. They put me on a do not return list and I’m okay with that because they are very disrespectful in there. I wouldn’t stay there especially if you have an issue and have to talk to a manager! ”

“The room was disgusting! Blood splatter on the curtain, wall, and carpet in 3 different areas on the room. A cheetos hand print on the wall above the bed as well. The was a health hazzard. ”

“The hotels staff were pleasant and very helpful and the amenities of the room at the price point were excellent. The cleanliness of the room was sub par enough to take this from a 5 star experience to a 3. I would stay here again though, but I would come expecting to do some cleaning upon arrival.”

“Convenient place for a single night in the Allentown area. We were at a concert at the PPL Center which was convenient to the hotel at a very reasonable price. The hotel is older but met our needs. My only complaint was the pillows were very small and soft and on a hard king size bed so took awhile to get comfortable. ”
