“Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10.”

“The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend.
