“Hotel was conveniently located. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had every thing we needed. Coffee and tea was available 24/7, we loved that. My only suggestion would be that they change sheets every other day.”

“The property was well taken care of. The room was good size with a sitting area, kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical and very fresh. Plenty of eating space. My only complaint is that Marriott does not give points if you make the reservation from a third party. So I missed out on thst. ”

“Parking is tough when you arrive late night but you still pay $22 per night. We arrived at 10pm and it had rained first time guests here and front desk lady hands us a map. We had no clue where to start. They should have a person or security take people to the rooms since property is big, poorly lit outside and building markings not clear. “Rooms are very clean and parking was not a problem. I checked out at 4:45 am to be at Good Samaritan Hospital at 5am. Due to a change in the schedule, I was left without a room at 5am. I decided to return to the hotel and they were kind enough to reactivate my key and check-out at 11am. Customer service is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be returning.”

“Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. “The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced; it was lumpy and had a deep dip on the side I slept on. The bedding was nice.”

“Staff was helpful but not too cheerful. Room was clean but toilet would leak every time it was flushed. Nothing to complain about, just being transparent for the next customer to know. I would bring my own body wash and shampoo. Plenty of parking and good location.”
