The Downtown Post The Coleman Suite

This two-room suite utilizes an open floor plan for the Kitchen/Dining Area and Bedroom and separate full Bathroom. Amenities include a retro kitchenette with granite counters, a hidden microwave, coffee pot with locally roasted coffee, water, two bottles of our local beverage Dr. Enuf, and provided wine/whiskey glasses. The sleeping area features a lux plush queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, a 55” Smart TV, and a free-standing closet rack. Entertainment options like books and games are accessible in a hallway cabinet. The full bathroom with subway and penny tile offers a tub/shower combination, console vanity, hair dryer, and organic bath products.

This building was home to the original early 1900`s post office. It recently received its second full renovation with modern amenities while preserving its original corridors and doors making way for its new life as a boutique hotel space.

Absolutely No smoking vape, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or cigarettes in the building, in suites, in bathrooms, common areas, or within 100ft of the entrances.

Quiet hours are between 10PM and 7AM.

Towels will be replaced every two days for stays longer than 2 nights. For Towel Replacement please message through Booking App.

For Suites with Sleeper Sofas: Additional Bedding sheets, comforters, and blankets can be found in storage closets or under bed in sealed bags. Please do not open sealed bags unless needed.

There are two sets of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels for each person on the booking. If you like the items, we can refer you to the company they were purchased from. If the items go missing, they will be charged to the card we have on file. Towels $20 per towel, wash cloths $5 each, hand towels $8 each.
