“Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. “Appartamento nuovo in pieno centro (a pochi passi dal tettuccio d'oro), camere pulite e spaziose, bagno grande e letti comodi (fatta eccezione per il divano letto). Il check-in si fa nel bar sottostante e per il check-out è possibile lasciare le schede magnetiche in un apposito box qualora si andasse via fuori dagli orari di apertura del bar. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido perchè avevamo espressamente chiesto di prepararci tutti e tre i letti e ci avevano anche risposto per email...

“Stayed here overnight. Really great breakfast and the full kitchen made it easy to cook a meal in. Room was great for two adults and two teens. We were there in summer and the only downside was it was hot and with the balcony doors open you got street noise, smoke from other balconies and bugs. We didn’t sleep very well. I can imagine in ski season it’s perfect.”
