“Es war alles top. Personal war sehr freundlich wir hatten genug Platz für uns als Familie mit 6 Personen. Die Ferienwohnung war top, sauber, genug Handtücher, tolle Betten. Pool und Sauna möglich. Wir kommen wieder. ”

“The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. ”

They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing...
