We thought the place lacked some basic amenities we typically see (e.g. there was a washer but no detergent. Some napkins, etc.). The space is lofted and the loft becomes very hot (32) even when it is not hot outside (22). There was a small fan tower that was not very effective at cooling it off and there was a window we couldn't open due to a large bee nest right outside. This...

“We absolutely fell in love with Wengen and our stay here was pretty much perfect. It is a bit of a walk uphill but there is a shuttle provided when needed. We chose to walk it because of the surrounding beauty. It was so quiet and comfortable. The beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was very useful. The fans provided were also great. We stayed end of June and beginning of July and it never felt too hot. Check in was smooth and communication was solid....
