“The Mountain View from the deck was awesome and the convenient location was wonderful. It was very well furnished. Sauna and spa were great after a long hike or walk through town. Christian (host) and Donatella (house manager) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and they were very responsive to our (few) inquiries. “Our stay at Le Swansdoors was amazing! Laurent want very friendly, cooperative, and easy to work with. He provided lots of information about the apartment and the town. The property was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is amazing because it was right in the middle of all of the action. That being said, it could be a little noisy in the late evening. We were quite hot without air conditioning, as June was unseasonable hot this year, but there were room fans which helped....

“This home is the ideal place to stay in chamonix with your family. We stayed here with our two kids and they loved the typical mountain house. This home is filled with all you need, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all you need for the kitchen. Pierre and Christine are two adorable hosts that will guide you to find your way in Chamonix. That provided us also with tickets to be used with the local train so you never need to use your car. The station is steps away from the house. The ticketed were...

“Our group of 12 had an excellent stay at this chalet during our ski trip to Chamonix. There was plenty of bedroom space for the full group, and enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house was even nicer than the pictures, with an amazing and sizable living room space and kitchen area. The hot tub was also great to have for our group. "Struttura ok, personale molto gentile. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare la stanza poiche si sentiva un forte odore di vernice, ci hanno subito accontentati dandoci una stanza di livello superiore. Colazione ottima. Nota negativa il parcheggio, ma lo abbiamo clin ogni caso trovato nei pressi dell'hotel"

"ATTENZIONE RUBANO DENTRO L'HOTEL! Siamo stati derubati nella sala principale dell'hotel, ci siamo accorti immediatamente del furto e lo abbiamo segnalato al personale e al Direttore. Il personale ha fatto finta di non sapere che fare non fornendoci nemmeno l'indicazione del distretto di polizia più vicino. Il direttore ha fatto spallucce con un sorrisino compiaciuto, facendo dubitare la totale estraneità dell'accaduto. Si precisa che per entrare nella zona del furto vieni identificato e se non cliente dell'hotel vieni mandato indietro, quindi persona sicuramente dello staff o cliente. Hanno vietato la visione delle telecamere per individuare almeno il soggetto sia a noi che alla polizia. Per scusarsi entravano in stanza ogni giorno alle 18.00 anche senza permesso e all'urlo alt, per evitare di farli entrare dicevano sorry i don't undestrand. Inoltre hanno addebitato due volte il cenone di capodanno, grazie ad un'attenta esamina della ricevuta ci siamo fatti rimborsare almeno questa somma! State attenti in questa struttura tutto troppo poco chiaro e troppa indifferenza per un evento così grave si tratta sempre di un Hotel si lusso, che di Imperial ormai ha solo il nome. Non ci hanno saputo nemmeno indicare qualcosa di tipico dell'alta savoia. Pessimi in tutto!! "
