“The staff were excellent! Front desk and Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive.”

“We made sure to get a "suite" with a king bed and a pull out couch to sleep our family of 4. We realized there was no bedding for the pull out couch in the room so we went down to the front desk. They gave us a sheet, blanket and 1 pillow. I asked for another pillow since there were 2 children sleeping on the bed. We were denied another pillow because they come in sets and are only allowed 1 set per room. My husband also got a noise complaint called into our room for the 2 kids and I walking...

“The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. It was clear that the room hadn’t been swept or mopped in...

“Out room wasn't ready (we arrived a little after 3, check-in time). We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. I wish they had a better breakfast option and an earlier time.”

Colazione normale, classica, si svolge all'entrata della hall. Il personale disponibile. Come per i tanti hotel ovviamente migliorare in pulizia, manutenzione fa piacere agli ospiti.”

“I liked the set-up. As a solo traveler I was put in a room on a more private hallway. The room was spacious and clean. I felt very safe. The breakfast was very good with eggs, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, sausage and biscuits and gravy available. I did no take advantage of the evening snacks and drinks, but I appreciated the availability.”
