“The pull out couch bedding was not ready when we arrived. We had to call down to reception then told to go get it ourselves from reception. Stain on pull out mattress. Apple juice not working properly at breakfast. Not horrible, just not a positive experience especially when booking a franchise like bed western in my opinion. ”

“Incredible value here! The studio included a full-size refrigerator, induction stove top, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, and kitchen sink. The room also sported a large couch, television and large desk. The separated bedroom had its own television and featured a high-quality firm mattress with adjacent closet, sink, and bathroom. A little older and used but clean. The breakfast was average. One could do much better if they had time to cook in the studio.”

“It looked like a new hotel. It was very clean and the staff was amazing! They put out cookies each day and they had a bar each evening with happy hour. The indoor pool was small, but clean. They also offered a free breakfast each morning and always had coffee hot and ready to drink in the lobby.”

“Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. ”
