Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and looked even better in person. The unit was spacious and exceeded our expectations. On top of that, the food was excellent and added even more to the experience. We would absolutely stay here...

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. There is nothing at the bottom of the shower that prevents the water leaking out of the shower so we had to build a dam of towels to...
