“Amazing little hotel, with amazingly kind staff. The pla e to be in La Paz.”

“First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...

“El encargado no quería respetar el precio. Tube que insistir mostrando la reserva. Quería después aumentar el costo por medio del impuesto, el que la reserva especificaba ya incluía. Ruido y no tienen habitaciones con baño propio. Baños siempre mojados.”
