Motel a Alton

“There were no amenities, no place with coffee, no vending, nothing.”

“They charged me $57 when the “fee” Mimi insisted upon was supposed to be $36. She didn’t explain what this charge was for. There were rips in the dust ruffle and holes in the coverlet. It SMELLED LIKE DOG! Especially in the bathroom and air freshener did NOTHING. I had requested a bathtub, which went unanswered. Mimi didn’t offer me another room. I felt unsafe there. Scotty was very kind and agreed I should have been treated better. I have requested my money be returned but haven’t heard...

“Its not a Marriott but it serves as a ok place to stay nearby the racetrack. A little older in building and furniture but clean otherwise. Looks to be run by locals so you would be supporting a local business.”

“Clean room and property. Helpful staff.”

“This property was terrible there was a mouse in the room. The property is dirty and sketchy. I would not recommend. Honestly I don't know why they haven't been shut down yet.”

“Terrible motel, homeless people inside the motel ”

“Never stay there. Worse maintained and dirtiest motel I have ever stepped in.. looks more like a pay for the hour motel. I didn’t stay and went and got a different hotel. And Expedia won’t even get me a refund”
