“We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. ”

“The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The lady working the breakfast was very efficient and friendly. The hot tub temperature could have been turned up.”

“Yes the room was clean there were four elevators and loads of busses traffic was a little crowded for a very short time while loading and off loading elevators. Pool was small 1 at 3 f then opened out door to I think 5!fr and warm. You don’t shiver in the pool and the hot tub was small but very nice jets had power the bar was great and the resturwnt was good staff was helpful ”

The overall experience was excellent -- our room was very quiet and comfortable. For future short visits to the Lake, we'll stay at the Lodge again; for longer ones, we may rent one of the villa.”
