“Bella esperienza ”

“Clean room, helpful staff, nothing really spectacular, nothing bad.”

“Beautiful on campus location made the visit very simple and enjoyable”

“It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. “Thursday eve only 1 restaurant was open and there’s not much available in town other than fast food:(”

“easy access to restaurants and gas stations, internet access is very helpful, I enjoyed my stay in Olean,”
