“Hotel con stupenda vista panoramica su Manhattan, ma purtroppo il servizio dell'hotel non è all'altezza della location e soprattutto del prezzo che si paga. Abbiamo preso una bella suite composta da una camera, bagno, un soggiorno e un grande terrazzo, e il secondo giorno (un sabato) sono state fatte le pulizie solo in camera senza passare in bagno e soggiorno lasciando asciugamani sporchi e tazze del caffè usate. La cosa più sorprende è che il giorno successivo (domenica) rientriamo in stanza...

“The hotel has large rooms (if compared to the Manhattan hotels!) and good beds and towels in the bathrooms. The cafeteria at the reception level offers a good “Special Breakfast” at 13.99 and the restaurant on top (15th floor) has a good menu for dinner at a reasonable price, considering the view over Manhattan skyline! Staff is kind and helpful. There are a couple of subway stations at walking distance: Queensboro bridge with no elevator and 3 lines and Queens Plaza with elevator and other 3...

“The hotel was very clean, check in was quick and easy. The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel is in China town and that was our first time visiting China town while in NY so it was a great experience. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay so we went to a place near by. ”

“I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...
