“I read reviews, so had low expectations. Given that, this place was fine for my needs. Room was clean, no bugs. Decent guy running the place. Would have appreciated a towel, but was 3 am by time I realized there was none, so didn't ask. TV remote same; couldn't find a switch on the box. Though room was clean enough, cleaner smell was heavy; window didn't open, so I had to open door for a good while to circulate air. Road noise is a lot as folks said, but that doesn't bother me. “Stayed four nights and no hot water. Reported it every morning but still had to take cold showers everyday. They use car park for valet parking for lounge/nightspot next door and cars parked 3-4 deep nightmare to get parking spot after 9pm. Should not say free breakfast included when non (not even coffee) available. Heard other guests complaining no hot water. Wouldn’t recommend or return.”

“The staff, was only seen once. After that I called and called and nothing. I didn't get the towel until the next day, I had to wait over 1.5 hours for him to show up. He didn't even know the duration of my stay. If you only need a bed to sleep, and you bring your own supplies, then this works. If you're expecting service, it's a joke. I will not stay here ever again.”

“DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!!”

Lampade non funzionanti. Colazione pietosa e ripetitiva, solo muffin e tea. Squallido davvero. Il direttore non presta assistenza. Seguirà un azione legale per la richiesta di rimborso per indennizzo.”

“I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

“The bathroom was a mess and back up, the entire rooms smell like urine and the towel were dirty the bed linen cause me to end up at the doctor after leaving the property. The experience was awful.”
