Inn in Alvernia-Rodano-Alpi

“I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...

“Albergo essenziale e accettabile vista la zona Personale presente solo alla sera Colazione e ristoranti buoni Nulla di eccellente, si potrebbe curare di più ed essere più accoglienti”

“Repas (entrée, plat, dessert) avec produits locaux pour un prix plus qu’honnête (18€). Gérants agréables.”

“Great location, but it’s important to understand the concept of an “auberge,” where check-in is only possible when the owners are present. We tried to check in twice but were unsuccessful. We arrived at 7 p.m. and were told we could not have dinner, even though two tables were already occupied. We then had to wait 15 minutes to check in. When we departed, no one was available to collect the key or serve us a coffee. Quite disappointing is August High Season.”
