“The cleaning staff failed to restock room prior to my arrival, therefore; I had to go to the front desk twice to get the items missing from the room ( no toilet paper in room at all and only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth) . Makes you question if the room had been properly cleaned. Indoor pool was freezing cold . Parking inconvenient. Only allowed to park in back, can not park in front of hotel or will be towed the front desk stated. Front door is located in front.”

“After 30+ years of staying on the island, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At check-in, we were told the property was nonsmoking. We got our keys and walked around the corner only to be hit in the face with a smell that would be comparable to being at a Willie Nelson concert. The hallway carpet is extremely nasty and the elevator closest to the front desk smelled as though someone had been living in it for months without bathing. “I liked the hotel’s proximity to the cruise port! It was also clean and staff was super friendly.”

So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking.”

“Location is incredible, and you could tell the hotel was trying to do improvements. Room amenities are basic, but enough for what we required. There were some points of cleanliness in the room that were left to be desired - dirty carpet, bathroom. Bed linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were all friendly in our encounters. All things considered, we would stay at this property again.”
