“We booked thru Expedia. The hotel could not find our reservation and check in took over an hour. To compensate for the trouble, Embassy Suites upgraded our room, waived parking fee and shared Hilton Honors gift bag. Hotel is secluded, quiet and beautifully decorated. ”

“Spacious king suite with nice furnishings. The hotel staff and valet are super nice. We were able to walk to the art museum and the park which is just across the street. I would return again after the renovations and when the restaurant is reopened.”

“I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip...
