“Very nice rooms, no freezer compartment in fridge. Wifi password wasnt available, even after ringing the door bell at reception at 6pm Sat night ”

“Parking was easy and room was nice. Food at the Bistro was awesome though it took a while to process (can only use the table QR code if you have an Australian phone number).”

“It was noisy right next to the train station and all the doors squeaks and makes a noise when someone goes in or out of their rooms.”

“Having a kitchen to cook meal with all utensils provided was an added bonus. The best accommodation in Orange. We go to Orange a lot but never stayed in Quest before , first time stayed there and thoroughly impressed. Now we will be only staying at Quest for future trips. ”

“Booked this last minute after a 5hr motorcycle ride. Checked in and changed and left to meet family for dinner. Returned late and showered late and found the bathroom ceiling covered in black mould with mould spores along the architraves, not just one of two patches but multiple spores. The toilet bowl was also filthy towards the rim like its never been cleaned. Like ceiling or door trims. Was only staying 1 night so nothing i could do at midnight. Advised reception at checkout. “Great boutique hotel minutes from the Main Street, bars and restaurants. Great customer service, clean rooms and a nice continental breakfast delivered to your room. Highly recommend. ”

“It had a funky smell, shower needed a good scrub and there were cobwebs everywhere.”

“Guesthouse is in original condition and clean and spacious with good amenities and staff, golf course is in excellent condition.”

“The room had an unpleasant smell. Air conditioning unit was very loud. Appreciated the fruit and complimentary soft drinks. The room and bathroom were very tired and not very clean. I also had an item in my room go missing. Overall would avoid, particularly given the price”
