“I ristoranti non erano adeguati alla categoria ed alla fama di una catena alberghiera come lo Shangri La. Il ristorante principale dove veniva servita la colazione sembrava più una mensa universitaria che un ristorante dello Shangi La. Paragoni con altre strutture della stessa catena alberghiera non sono possibili vista la grande dufferenza di livello .”

“The Cabanas was very spacious and nice. There is NO hot water for a shower which is not mentioned in the posting. There is not a separate "sitting area." The cabana is in a beautiful setting but you have to take a Tuk Tuk to town. It is next door to a restaurant. The breakfast is the traditional Sri Lankan Breakfast.
