“The staff could not be more friendly, accommodating and professional. Only thing...it took a little while in the mornings to receive my breakfast after ordering. But the entire experience was really great...enjoyed the hospitality!”

“The staff was amazing! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Aileen was very attentive, seeming to anticipate our every need, She prearranged transportation for us to and from the port/terminal, made excellent recommendations, and stocked the location with everything we could use including things we didn't know we needed but did.”

“Had a great time at Grand Caribe. Staff was excellent. Property has a lot of great ammediates.”

“The staff was very nice and accommodating. They helped me move things around when my flight was delayed by a day. The only issue I had was the lock on our door was broken. However, when we alerted staff they put a new lock in the door and our vacation kept moving right along!.”

“I would give 5 starts if there was a little bit more to do around the property and if they fix the smelly boats. The property don’t have tv in the rooms and only 1 tv in the common area. They encourage relaxation and connecting with nature. And I don’t have a problem with this but usually people that travel with airplanes don’t have enough space in there luggage for games or other entertainments. I would’ve appreciated some board games or other games in the common area available for guests....

“The room was super clean and comfortable, the AC was perfect and kept us super cool. The staff were amazing and super helpful. We had everything we needed. The location was centrally located to just about anything you needed in town. We were walking distance to everything. The negative part of being so centrally located was it got super loud at night especially on the weekends.”

“The whole staff especially”

“Everything was great”
