“Pool was nice and it’s a beautiful spot close to everything but there were bugs in and around our bathroom sink and our shower head didn’t work and the restaurants in the area had random hours that they went by and they also don’t mention that to get to the other half of the hotel you have to take a ferry until you get there but staff was super nice and respectful and cleaned our room everyday. ”

“The staff and service at Reef Haven were amazing!! The dock, water at the dock, the pool, bars and restaurants were all wonderful and beautiful. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated and had more amenities than we expected . We has a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with kitchen, balconies and ocean view. The beach would be beautiful if it wasn’t for sargassum’s but that’s a problem all over the Caribbean facing this way. We only spent 2 nights and realized once we got there that they don’t offer...

“Abbiamo passato 5 notti in questo resort e siamo stati molto contenti. É un hôtel piuttosto piccolo, in cui il personale ci tiene a « conoscere » personalmente ogni singolo ospite, creando quindi un ambiente familiare che ci é piaciuto molto. In quanto utenti gold avevamo la colazione inclusa; la colazione é alla carta, il menu é vasto, il cibo ottimo, abbiamo scelto cose diverse ogni giorno. “We stayed at the Caye Hotel - SP for four nights (sun-thurs) in March 2026. The rooms were clean, beds firm but comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets.
