“My family enjoyed staying at the resort. Just wish we did not have to carry our used pool towels back to the front desk upon checkout. Did not enjoy that part of the checkout process. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.”

“The resort is in the middle of San Pedro Town, but feels like a private enclave with jungle like vegetation around the entrance and interior of the property. It is very well maintained and clean. The sargassum was bad while we were there. The poor maintenance guys were fighting a Sisyphean battle to keep the beach clean.
The food at Pineapples is fine, but not noteworthy. Service at restaurant is friendly, but food service is very slow, even when not busy. The Sunday buffet was a...
